The latest iPod Shuffle II is so small and light, and you don’t even want to clip it at anywhere else other than your headphone itself!
I have been using my Audio-Technica ATH-F55 headphone for few years now, and I have recently received an iPod Shuffle II as a gift here. Being a DIY person (sort of), I decide to combine them and see how is it like.
ATH-F55 uses V-style cable which comes out from both earpiece. So I wind the cable up following the headphone frame at both side.

And more…
Gaffer tape is used to fix the cable onto the frame. When the cables meet at the top of the headphone, they are winded and a large piece of tape is used to keep them together with the headphoen frame. A small opening is cut for the audio plug.

This headphone can extend to fit different people sizewise. The metal frame provides a good location for fixing iPod Shuffle. But the metal frame itself is too thin. In order to attach the iPod firmly and to avoid scratches, I coiled few rounds of tape on the metal frame.
