		<description>My dad told me the story of Romeo Dallaire, I did a search and posted it here.

People always think US is a great country which helps Iraq and Yugoslavia with their internal problems. In fact the US Army is there only because there's resources for them to exploit.

There's nothing in Rwanda, hence no one cares about the people there. 

Another reason is that those Americans got into a bit of trouble at Somali beforehand, which reduced their interest in African countries even more.</description>
