I mentioned on 24 Dec 07 about the undergarment thief caught in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), but there was no infomation on who the person is.
Now we know who he is. According to Xin Min Daily, his name is Lee Wing Foon (李荣丰). The article mentioned that Lee is a Singaporean graduated from NTU with a Ph.D in engineering. He later become an Associate Professor in a foreign university.
On 20 Dec 07 he was visiting a friend in NTU and after that stole 3 undergarments from NTU hostel. The police also found another 400 bras and underwears from his house.

Update:
A NTU document shows that Lee Wing Foon got his Ph.D from NTU School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) on 8 Feb 2006. Which means he was already 37 years old when he finished his study. I also spotted his name on a NTU alumni list, which says he graduated with engineering degree from NTU EEE in 1996.
