The more lessons I have attended, the clearer I have figured out one thing, this semester is going to be a tough one.

First of all, I have 24 AUs, it’s the most I have ever registered since I come to university. Among the 24 AUs, 7 out of 8 subjects are new to me, the other one left is the hardest subject from my point of view. That’s also why I brought it with me since when I was year one until now. And it is no longer a Mechanical Engineering subject. EE2002 Analog Electronics is now for Electrical Engineering 2nd Year students. Other than EE2002, there is MP3002 Mechanics of Deformable Solids, which, after the first lecture today, I still don’t know what the lecturer was talking about.

And I have 6 hours of laboratory session each week, consists of 2 project reports for MP3071. For MP3011 Engineering Design a group of 3 students are supposed to design to the most details a mechinary device which functions as a bridge across a river 22 meters wide. The structure must be foldable and able to be transported by land. It’s interesting, I mean, but it’s really going to take a lot of time. That would be a challenge while I have 30 hours of lesson every week.

Orh and there is MP3003 Heat Transfer. We will learn the 3 major methods of heat transfer, convection, conductio and radiation in this subject. I believe there will be tons of things to memorize, but since other students can do it, there should be no problem for me right!

Daphne started her first day of school. She need to travel from home in JB to school everyday, it’s gonna be hard for her. And I got no idea whether she already recovered from coughing… 加油 and get well soon dear.

Jin Dong is really hardworking, seems like he goes to library everyday to study even at this very beginning of the semester. I shouldn’t go wrong by sticking to him. And I plan to go gym with him to, I need exercises.

Gerald is having some little problems with Mian Mian. He looks sad, I’m a bit worried. It’s rare to see him with that Adam’s sterotyping fierce face. I wish I can help.
